Couples usually ask us what they should be asking their venue coordinator at the time of booking, or the issues that surface after the venue is booked and deposits are paid for. So we thought of adding these questions for the couples to review with their venue of choice when booking.
- How many guests can the banquet room accommodate?
- What are their wedding packages and what is included?
- What can you bring in from outside caterer and what is their policy regarding that?
- Is there any other events going on at the venue on the same day or evening? or is there another event scheduled for your room at a different time on the same day?
- What time do you and/or your vendors get access to the room?
